April 1 Deadline fast approaching for H-1B visa apps

April 1, 2010, is this the deadline for H-1B visa applications for work starting October 1, 2010.

This visa is for foreign nationals offered a position in a specialty occupation.

If you currently have college interns working for you under a J-1, E-1, E-2, or O-1 visa, they'll need the H-1B visa to continue employment.
