Appropriately titled “Jazz Up Your Career.”
For four decades FEW’s philosophy has maintained high quality training that continues to attract increasing numbers of attendees to its professional, career oriented educational environment. FEW’s NTP offers a broad variety of training tracks in acquisition, science and technology, information technology, leadership, human resources, administrative professional, management, military and analytical skills training courses. Providing opportunities to start a federal career or go to the next level, courses are structured at both the basic and intermediate skill levels. The curriculum has been aligned with the Office of Personnel Management Fundamental Competencies and Executive Core Qualifications.
Additionally, FEW will offer diverse Federal Women’s Program (FWP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) courses, and health and wellness courses. The co-host hotels, the New Orleans Marriott and the Sheraton New Orleans, are conveniently located within easy walking distance of the fabled French Quarter. When it’s time for a study break, the culture of one of America’s most unique cities is just steps away.
There is one objective that best describes the note that FEW’s Leadership Classes hit: “Excellence”. FEW strives and succeeds in maintaining excellence in an evolving environment of leadership skills. Challenging women and all individuals in the government work place, to begin to create their own destiny is a theme that runs throughout FEW’s leadership and membership. With the opening of registration for the NTP, now is the time to imagine the future. Today there is an opportunity to focus on career goals, jazz up your repertoire and hit the right notes.
