Every year the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland (LBCM) hosts a legislative weekend where business and community leaders, Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), inspiring youths and legislators meet to explore legislative actions to empower our communities. This year’s weekend, “Fit to Lead, Ready to Serve… Closing the Wealth Gap” will be held Thursday, November 4th through Saturday, November 6th in Annapolis and Baltimore, Maryland.
