Monday, October 25, 2010, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., ET WASHINGTON – Small business owners, who feel they are subject to excessive
or unfair federal enforcement actions, like repetitive audits or investigations,
excessive fines, threats, retaliation or some other unfair enforcement action
by a federal agency, can seek help from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
WHO: SBA National Ombudsman Esther Vassar will host the October Web
chat on “Regulatory Fairness: What Every Small Business Should Know.”
Vassar, who is also the assistant administrator for Regulatory Enforcement

enforcements, and how the national ombudsman can be an important resource
for a small business.

opportunity to discuss relevant business issues online with experts, industry
leaders and successful entrepreneurs. Chat participants have direct, real-time
