If there's a federal rule that is giving your business trouble, you can, under the Small Business Regulatory Review and Reform Initiative (r3), nominate it for reform through the SBA's Office of Advocacy.
Send a description of the existing rule you have a gripe with and why you think it should be changed.
The deadline for consideration is December 31, 2010.
