Research & Statistics in Health Update: The Affordable Care Act (ACA) & Children with Special Health Care Needs

The ACA provides states with some important tools that can help provide better and more affordable coverage for children with special health care needs. How the law is interpreted and whether implementation problems are addressed with these children in mind will determine how well the ACA fulfills its promise to this vulnerable population.
